Bohol-Panglao International Airport (BPIA)

Located on the western side of Panglao Island, this modern airport connects Bohol with Manila, Cebu, and other major Philippine destinations. It’s just a 10-15 minute ride to the top beach resorts and Alona Beach.

Tagbilaran Pier (Main Bohol Ferry Port)

Technically in Tagbilaran City, just across the bridge from Panglao, this is where ferries from Cebu, Dumaguete, and Siquijor arrive. From the pier, it’s about 30-40 minutes by car to Panglao’s Alona Beach.

Best Beaches on Panglao Island

  • Alona Beach – The most famous! White sand, beach bars, diving shops, and nightlife.
  • Dumaluan Beach – A quieter alternative with a long, powdery shoreline.
  • Doljo Beach – Less crowded, with stunning sunsets and great snorkeling.
  • Momo Beach – Hidden and peaceful, perfect for those seeking solitude.
