Anantara Kihavah Villas officially opened in February 2011, marking the fourth resort by the Anantara Group in the Maldives and its most luxurious and prestigious Resort to date. Nestled in the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Anantara Kihavah offers a breathtaking 360° panorama of pristine white beaches and vibrant coral reefs. Just a 35-minute seaplane ride from Velana International Airport transports guests to this heavenly retreat.

The resort has 80 beach and overwater pool villas and residences. Each villa has a private pool and is designed for privacy and comfort. Some villas have glass-bottomed bathtubs for underwater views. Family villas have separate bedrooms and areas for children. Dining at Anantara Kihavah includes several unique restaurants. The underwater restaurant, SEA, provides a full view of marine life. Other options include FIRE for grilled food, SKY for ocean views, and SALT for Asian cuisine,etc.

The room is very large with a private swimming pool, equipped with a BOSE sound system, a capsule coffee machine and other facilities, and has direct access to the beach.
