We will send you our quotation after we confirm the itinerary with you. The quotation will include experienced English-speaking (or your preferred languages) tour guides, entrance fee to the tourist attractions, accommodation, city transfers with private car and driver, domestic flights or trains, and insurance. The quotation varies in different tourist seasons.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation and in accordance with the following Cancellation Policy:
1) No less than 45 days prior to scheduled departure date: 10% of the full payment per person.
2) 45 to 15 days prior to scheduled departure date: 20% of the full payment per person.
3) 14 to 7 days prior to scheduled departure date: 50% of the full payment per person.
4) 6 to 0 days prior to scheduled departure date: 100% of the full payment per person.
Note:
1) Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by service providers other than us (may include but is not limited to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies) will be deducted from the money refundable.
2) Changing the traveler(s) is considered as cancellation and is subject to the above policy.
3) After the tour started, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but is not limited to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
4) Special terms may apply in promotions. Please refer to the relevant Terms and Conditions.
