Day 1 Coron Ultimate Tour | Kayangan Lake, Barracuda Lake, Twin Lagoon, CYC Beach, Banul Beach, Skeleton Wreck, Two Peaks Coral Gardenicon

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your hotel in Coron Town to begin the Coron Ultimate Tour, a day filled with unforgettable experiences.

Stop 1: Kayangan Lake

Your first stop is to the world-renowned Kayangan Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Philippines. Nestled in the heart of Coron, this crystal-clear freshwater oasis is surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and dotted with intricate caves and picturesque islets. Its breathtaking underwater rock formations make it a haven for photographers, snorkelers, and divers alike. As you approach, marvel at the awe-inspiring scenery, and beneath the surface, discover a vibrant aquatic world teeming with life.

Stop 2: Barracuda Lake

Next, visit Barracuda Lake, a hidden gem on the north shore of Coron Island. Known locally as Luluyuan Lake, its surreal crystal-blue waters are surrounded by majestic rocky formations, creating a tranquil and otherworldly atmosphere. Divers will love experiencing the unique thermocline and halocline, where a mix of 70% freshwater and 30% saltwater creates shifting temperatures as you move through the water. This one-of-a-kind natural wonder is a must-see for adventurous travelers.

Stop 3: Twin Lagoon

Continue to the stunning Twin Lagoon, famous for its unique geological formations. These two lagoons are separated by rugged limestone rocks, with one filled with saltwater and the other with freshwater. Swim, snorkel, or kayak here to experience the fascinating mix of water temperatures while surrounded by Coron’s dramatic limestone cliffs.

Stop 4: CYC Beach

Relax at CYC Beach, a quiet and serene getaway named after the Coron Youth Club. This idyllic beach features white sand, clear turquoise waters, and mangrove trees scattered along the shore. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a peaceful picnic in paradise.

Stop 5: Banul Beach

In the afternoon, visit Banul Beach, a small but stunning stretch of powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters. This beach, surrounded by towering limestone cliffs, provides a perfect setting for lunch during the Coron Island Hopping Tour. It’s a dreamy location to relax and soak up the beauty of Coron.

Stop 6: Skeleton Wreck

Get ready for an underwater adventure at Skeleton Wreck, a popular dive and snorkel site located on the northwest corner of Coron Island. The wreck, resting at a depth of 5 to 22 meters, is visible even from the surface. Snorkelers and divers can explore this fascinating site and enjoy the abundance of colorful fish that thrive in the area, creating a vibrant underwater world.

Stop 7: Two Peaks Coral Garden

Your final stop is Two Peaks Coral Garden, a spectacular underwater paradise protected by Coron. This site is renowned for its rich and colorful coral reefs, which are home to a diverse array of marine life, including giant clams, turtles, and schools of vibrant fish. It’s the perfect way to end your day with a glimpse of one of the best coral ecosystems in the world.

After the tour, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Coron Town.
