Day 1 Siargao Arrival | Pick-up Service & Hotel Check-in, Free Time Exploreicon

On this day, you can take a flight (from either Manila or Cebu) to Siargao Island. Upon arrival at Sayak Airport (IAO), our local driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel, ideally situated close to the island's best attractions. Then, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your own pace - you can stay at your hotel or explore nearby areas.

Siargao Island is famously known as the “Surfing Capital of the Philippines.” It is located in the northeastern part of Mindanao in the Philippines. Travelers who are interested in surfing, pristine beaches, island-hopping, and beautiful landscapes should consider adding Siargao Island to Philippines trip. The best time to visit Siargao Island is from March to October (Dry Season). The peak surfing season is in September and October, when professional surfers from around the world gather to attend the Siargao International Surfing Cup held at Cloud 9.

Free-Time Ideas on Siargao Island:

  1. Surfing Experience at Cloud 9: In the afternoon, you will take a surfing lesson at the Cloud 9 Surfing Area (or another surf school, depending on your level) for about 1 hour. First, learn the basics of surfing from your instructor, including how to paddle and pop up. After the briefing, you will head into the water for practice. You’ll work on paddling, catching waves, and standing up on the board. It may be a little challenging for first-timers to learn, but don’t worry - the instructor will assist you throughout the lesson.
  2. Enjoy the Sunset at Cloud 9 Boardwalk: In the late afternoon, head to the Cloud 9 Boardwalk to enjoy the stunning sunset. Sit back, watch the changing colors of the sky, and soak in the romantic atmosphere.

Day 2 Siargao Land Tour | Magpupungko Tidal Pools, Sugba Lagoon, Coconut Palm Forest, Maasin River, Secret Beachicon

After breakfast, you will enjoy a full day exploring Siargao Island on a land tour.

The first stop is Magpupungko Tidal Pools, located in Pilar. This site is famous for its crystal-clear tidal pools, fascinating rock formations, and stunning ocean views. The morning time is good for diving into the cool, calm waters of the pools. You can enjoy swimming and relaxing here.

Next, head to Sugba Lagoon. Travel to Del Carmen and take a boat ride to this serene destination, surrounded by lush mangrove forests and towering limestone cliffs. The name “Sugba” comes from the Cebuano word meaning “to grill,” as locals say fishermen once grilled their fresh catch near the lagoon. At Sugba Lagoon, you can enjoy a variety of activities, including swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and jumping off the 5-meter diving platform into the deep waters.

After your lagoon adventure, continue along a lush green road to the Coconut Palm Forest, one of the island’s most iconic sights. The most famous spot is along the road between General Luna and Del Carmen. Make sure to stop at the viewpoint, where you can capture panoramic views of the endless coconut trees - perfect for stunning photos.

Next, visit Maasin River, where the famous bent palm tree swing awaits. Climb the tree, grab the rope swing, and launch yourself into the refreshing waters below. It’s a fun and memorable activity that’s perfect for thrill-seekers.

Finally, enjoy the Siargao Mountain View as you make your way to Secret Beach for some well-deserved relaxation. Unwind by the water and soak in the tranquil atmosphere to end your day on a high note.

After the tour, transfer to your hotel on Siargao Island.

Day 3 Siargao Island Hopping Tour | Naked Island, Daku Island, Guyam Islandicon

On Day 3, you will enjoy an island-hopping tour to explore the beauty around Siargao Island. After breakfast, your first stop will be Naked Island. This island is unique, as it is completely composed of a small sandbar with no vegetation or trees, hence the name “naked.” It is surrounded by crystal-clear waters, offering a postcard-perfect view. Take your time to capture stunning photos here. (Tip: Bring sunscreen and a hat since there’s no shade.)

Next, head to Daku Island, the largest of the three islands and home to a small local community. The atmosphere here is great, with white sandy beaches, swaying coconut trees, and clear waters. You will enjoy a fresh seafood lunch, along with activities like swimming or snorkeling.

The third stop is Guyam Island. This spot is perfect for sunset viewing, and you can relax on the beach of this small, circular island dotted with palm trees. If you’re interested, try snorkeling to see colorful fish and vibrant coral reefs.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel on Siargao Island.
