Day 1  Arrival in Shanghai

Welcome to Shanghai, the magic city of China. It is the largest city in China. After China opened its door to the world in 1978, Shanghai’s economy developed rapidly. The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, known as the “Oriental Wall Street”, was established across the Bund. Thousands of skyscrapers rose from the ground.

Your tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station, and hel  p you check in your hotel.

Day 2  Shanghai Highlights
Shanghai Museum
The Shanghai Museum is located in the center of Shanghai. It is a large museum of ancient art. The collection of nearly one million cultural relics include bronzes, ceramics and calligraphy works. The most priceless treasure in Shanghai Museum is the Great Tripod with a history of 3000 years.
Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street
Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is a famous shopping paradise and known as China's first commercial street. Nanjing Road has been a bustling commercial street since the 19th century. There are many shopping malls here, full of flagship stores of various brands, various Baroque, Romanesque, and eclectic department stores.
The Bund
Featuring the historical buildings on it, the Bund on the Huangpu River is the most famous attraction in Shanghai. The other side of the Bund is known as "China Wall Street" Lujiazui Financial Center, where you can see the skyscrapers such as Oriental Pearl Tower and Global Financial Center.
Shanghai World Financial Center
The World Financial Center is located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone. The World Financial Center, 101 floors on the ground, has a height of 492 meters. Tourists can have a bird view of Shanghai on the sightseeing corridor on the 100th floor.
French Concession
The overall architectural style of the Former French Concession is neat and unified. It was the most luxury residential area in Shanghai during 1930s. The sycamore trees on the road were transplanted from France in early 20th century, so the sycamore tree was called "French Sycamore" in Shanghai.

Day 3  Shanghai Half Day
Tianzifang
Tianzifang is one of Shanghai’s most charming and unmissable neighborhoods. It is rebuit from an old building complex with more than 50 years of history. After a unified planning and transformation, it has become a cultural and creative park.
Jade Buddha Temple
The Jade Buddha Temple is named after the a sitting and a reclining Jade Buddhas enshrined in it. The sitting Buddha is the treasure of the temple. It is 1.95 meters high and the major material of it is precious Burmese jade.

You will take a 1-hour long train ride to Hangzhou after today’s tour.

Day 4  West Lake
West Lake
The West Lake is one of the most famous lakes in China. West Lake is the soul of Hangzhou and an important part of culture of the South Yangtze River area. The beautiful West Lake was described as a beautiful woman in many ancient Chinese poems.
Lingyin Temple
Lingyin Temple is a thousand-year-old temple. It is also the earliest Buddhist temple in China and one of China's top ten ancient temples. There is the famous Feilai Peak beside the temple. Many inscriptions and statues remain in the cave of Feilai Peak, which is a precious cultural heritage.
Feilai Peak
Due to the long-term dissolution of groundwater, Feilai Peak has formed many caves, each of which has a different origin and is legendary. More than 470 ancient stone sculptures were carved in these caves and cliffs on the peak.
Meijiawu
Meihuawu is an ancient tea culture village with a history of more than 600 years. It is also the main producing area of the famous West Lake Longjing tea. the Longjing tea produced there is well-known by its green color beautiful shape and mellow fragrance.
China Tea Museum
The China Tea Museum is a place to learn about tea culture. The Tea Museum is built on a mountain. The buildings in the museum look like those in ancient gardens. The ponds and rockeries are good ornaments for the tea plantations in the museum.

Travel Tips: It is recommended to see the music and dance show “the Enduring Memory of Hangzhou” at night. The West Lake is the stage, and audience sit just beside the lake. The music and light effects make the West Lake even more charming.

Day 5  Hongcun Village

You will take a 2-hour long train ride to Huangshan City in the morning.

Hongcun Village
Hongcun Village is located in the southwest of Huangshan City. It was built in the period of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1131) and covers an area of 188.95 square kilometers. Among the many Anhui-style residential villages, Hong Village is the most typical.

Day 6  Yellow Mountain
Shixin Peak
Shixin Peak, features the pine trees on it, is 1683 meters above the sea level. Shixin peak is also the first shocking destination on the Yellow Mountain. Standing on the stones on Shixin Peak and admiring the surrounding cliff can definitely make you excited.
West Sea Grand Canyon
The West Sea Grand Canyon is a paradise for hiking. The difficulty varies for different hiking routes. We will introduce the best routes to you abased on your interests and stamina. The most popular route starts at the Paiyun Pavilion, leading tourists to the bottom of the canyon, and then go back to the pavilion.

Day 7  Sun Rise on the Yellow Mountain
Watch the sunrise
Watching the sunrise is one of a must-do activities while visiting the Yellow Mountain. The sunrise of Yellow Mountain is fantastic. When the sun is shining on the whirling cloud, it feels like a golden sea is changing its color in front of you.

You will walk to the cable car station to take a cable car to the foot of the Yellow Mountain, and then you will be transferred to the Tunxi Ancient Town.

Tunxi Ancient Town
Tunxi Ancient Town is located in the center of Huangshan City, and has been a famous commercial center since ancient times. The architectural complex of the ancient town was built according to the traditional architectural style of Huizhou dwellings.
