Mongolia is located in the northeastern part of Asia and is the only landlocked country in East Asia. It is connected to China in the south, east and west, neighboring Russia in the north, and its capital is Ulaanbaatar. The name of Mongolia means bravery and simplicity. Regular Mongolian meals are influenced Western-style cuisine. People mostly eat beef, mutton and lower portion of chicken and pork. Also, horse meat and liver show up in menus. In the city of Ulaanbaatar, it has a variety of restaurants available including Mongolian, Korean, Chinese, American, Italian, French, Indian, Japanese and many more. As for the field menu, it is adjusted to visitors and special meal requests are always possible for vegans and vegetarians.

This is the safest time of the year to travel to Mongolia in terms of weather, sunny days throughout Mongolia and sufficient rainfall to make the steppes lush and green. June and September are both very pleasant times to visit Mongolia. September, autumn is enjoyable, colorful, not hot, and not cold. Nomads have plenty of dairy products and are busy processing milk and preparing for winter. Beautiful countryside of Mongolia is even more beautiful and picturesque with the autumn colors.
