If your G/D/C train journey is expected to take more than 5 hours, it's recommended that you consider flying instead! Chongqing's primary high-speed rail stations include Chongqingbei Railway Station, Chongqingxi Railway Station, and Shapingba Rialway Station.

  • Chongqingbei Railway Station is located at No. 51-8, Kunlun Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing. With frequent services, it connects to numerous cities across China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing, and Xi'an. Taking Metro Line 3 from the station to Guanyinqiao takes only 15 minutes, and transferring to Line 2 to reach Jiefangbei takes an additional 20 minutes.

  • Chongqingxi Railway Station is situated at No. 168, Fengzhong Road, Shapingba District, Chongqing. It's another major high-speed rail station in Chongqing, offering direct services to cities like Chengdu, Kunming, and Xi'an. Taking Metro Line 5 and transferring to Line 1 to reach Jiefangbei takes about 30 minutes.
  • Shapingba Railway Station is located at Shapingba Station East Road, Shapingba District, Chongqing, primarily serving the Chengdu - Chongqing route. Metro Line 1 takes only 10 minutes to reach Maguqi from the station, and 20 minutes to reach Times Tianjie.
