Upon arrival in the morning, your driver and guide will meet you at the airport. Then, head to Gardens by the Bay (Cloud Forest & Flower Dome). Visit Singapore with Asia Odyssey Travel to discover why Singapore is so Safe, Clean, Diverse, and Rich. (Note: Hotel Check in time 3 pm).

Welcome to Singapore City, the Second Smallest Country in Asia (only bigger than Maldive) ! Singapore is a unique city-state Island Nation, where the city is the country and the capital itself. Despite its land area of about 728 sq km, Singapore is renowned as the Gateway City to Asia due to its location. (PS: Singapore is about half the size of London and slightly larger than the New York City).

Free Time Ideas:
1.Gardens by the Bay: As night falls, be captivated by the enchanting Light Show at Supertree Grove (free), starting at 19:45 and 20:45, transporting you into a futuristic Avatar-like realm. Locals highly recommend experiencing this spectacle both in the daylight and under the evening skies to truly grasp its magic.
2.Clarke Quay (Bumboat): Must-visit place for Night Life, colorful shophouse, Singapore Food, and chance to spot wild Otter. Take a Singapore River Cruise (Self-pay) for panoramic views of Singapore Skyline, including Marina Bay Sands, the Merlion, and the Esplanade. (Choose Boat Quay if you prefer a quieter dining experience with scenic river views and historical charm).
3.Raffles Hotel: Visit the Long Bar of the Raffles Hotel for a cup of Singapore Sling (A World-Famous Cocktail; the National Drink of Singapore) is a Bucket List Experience. Opened in 1887, the hotel has hosted many famous figures, such as Charlie Chaplin, Elizabeth Taylor, and royalty, this Colonial Icon offers a glimpse into Singapore’s past.

Arrival Ideas:
1.Changi Airport Singapore: Singapore is a major international hub, so it's very accessible by air. Changi Airport is one of the world’s busiest and best-connected airports and is located about 20 km from the city center. Contact Asia Odyssey Travel (AOT) for ticket booking.
2.You can take Direct Flights to Singapore from London in the UK (13h 30min), New York in the USA (18h 45min), Sydney from AU (8h), Toronto of CA (19h ), Los Angeles of USA (17h 30min), and China (Hong Kong/Guangzhou/Chengdu/ Shanghai/Beijing, with 3 h 50 min to 6h 10 min).
3.You can take Budget-Friendly Connecting Flights to Singapore Via the Middle East (London/NY - Dubai/Doha - Singapore) or Via Asia (Sydney - Kuala Lumpur/Bangkok - Singapore).
4. Changi Airport is an attraction worth exploring for a full day. Consistently crowned "World's Best Airport," it is more than just a travel hub - it's a destination in itself. Blending top-notch travel amenities with shopping, dining, entertainment, waterfall, and stunning gardens, it offers a unique experience.

Singapore Travel Tips:
1. Navigating Singapore's tropical climate can be tiring, so a shorter tour ensures a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. Singapore’s Average maximum temperature is 31 to 33℃.
2. As Singapore is close to the equator, the UV index is relatively high. Please avoid prolonged exposure to the outdoors as this can easily lead to heat stroke.

Day 3 Singapore Golf Tour | Laguna National Golf & Country Club - Classic Course (18 Holes)

Conquer Singapore's Toughest: Laguna National Golf & Country Club - Classic Course, Ranked the NO. 2 in Singapore, this club boasts two 18-hole championship courses - Classic Course & Masters Course. Designed by Andy Dye, this 1993 masterpiece echoes classic American courses like Pebble Beach. With a 162 slope rating, it's a true test of skill, spanning 7,350 yards. Experience championship-level golf at the Classic Course, Singapore’s Ultimate Test of Precision and Strategy.

Why Laguna National Golf & Country Club - Classic Course?
1.Advantages:
Known for its challenging layout and meticulously maintained greens, the Classic Course is known as The Beast & one of the most difficult and dramatic tests of golf in Asia. Featuring about 250 bunkers, undulating putting surfaces, and five water features, the course can play to less than 5,000 yards for juniors yet stretch to 7,471 yards for the pros. Situated just 20 minutes from Singapore’s Changi Airport, it offers convenience for international travelers.
2.Hosted Championships: European Tour’s Singapore Masters, the Korean LPGA’s ADT Caps Tour Championship, and European and Asian Tour co-sanctioned event, The Championship at Laguna National.
3.Disadvantages: Its reputation as "Asia’s toughest course" may intimidate amateurs. The black tees (slope 162) are particularly punishing. Green fees may be relatively high, additional costs like club rentals, and booking in advance are essential.
4.Facilities: The club is part of the Laguna National Resort, featuring a 198-room Dusit Thani Hotel, a spa, a driving range, and a members-only lounge. Pro shop, restaurant, swimming pool, and practice facilities.
5.Feedback: "The bunker design is devilish, but it is very rewarding". "The overall experience, from the facilities to the course, is top-notch." Day 4 Singapore Golf Tour | Laguna National Golf & Country Club - Masters Course (18 Holes)

Experience another dimension of golfing excellence at Laguna National's Masters Course, complementing its renowned Classic counterpart. This course offers a unique blend of strategic play and scenic beauty. Affectionately dubbed 'The Grand Old Lady', the Masters Course offers a Championship Parkland Experience that has stood the test of time. The Andy Dye-sculpted layout has been lauded for its fast and true Bermuda grass greens, towering raintree, and beautiful lakes. The Masters demands accurate approach shots and astute course management - attributes that have contributed to it winning multiple awards and widespread plaudits from professionals and amateurs alike. All fairways, tees, and green surrounds were grassed with Platinum Paspalum, a vibrant playing surface offering a visual treat and crisp lies.

Why Laguna National Golf & Country Club - Masters Course?
1.Advantages:
A links-style course with dramatic elevation changes and lush landscapes, offering a unique blend of aesthetic beauty and tactical play. Awarded “Best Championship Course in Singapore” and recognized for its innovative design. Features fast and true Bermuda grass greens, providing a consistent and challenging putting surface. Following a multi-million-dollar facelift in 2020. It is located just minutes from Changi Airport, making it highly convenient for international visitors.
2.Hosted Championships: European Tour’s Caltex Singapore Masters and the Asian Tour’s Lion City Championship. Also hosted the Aramco Team Series. Frequently chosen as a venue for prestigious corporate and charity golf events.
3.Disadvantages: Similar to the Classic Course, green fees can be relatively high, and advanced booking is essential. May be intimidating for high-handicap players due to tight fairways and penal rough. Located in eastern Singapore (near Changi Airport), slightly removed from the city center. Primarily membership-driven, with limited tee times for visitors, requiring advance reservations.
4.Facilities: Laguna National provides comprehensive facilities, including a pro shop, luxurious locker rooms, diverse dining options, a clubhouse, practice facilities, and potential accommodation, ensuring a premium golfing experience. Extensive practice facilities: driving range, putting greens, and short-game areas. Banquet halls, event spaces, and a spa for post-round relaxation.
5.Feedback: “A must-play for serious golfers seeking a true test of skill.” “Expensive, but worth every dollar for the world-class layout and conditions.” “Not for the faint-hearted, but an unforgettable golfing experience.” "The course is impeccably maintained, and the layout is both challenging and enjoyable, with stunning views throughout." Bloody brilliant Singapore trip!
I just had an awesome 4 day in Singapore! The city is super clean and modern, but what really stood out were the gardens. Gardens by the Bay was mind-blowing, especially the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The Night Safari was also a unique. Animals looked happy. The food was amazing too - so much variety! Guide was top bloke, knew his stuff. Driver, smooth as, got us everywhere safe. Owen, our Travel consultant, sorted everything, no hassles. I'd definitely come back and recommend this tour to anyone. Cheers.
