    1. How does Boracay compare to other beach destinations?
    icon

Boracay vs. Palawan (El Nido & Coron, Philippines)

Boracay:More developed, easy to get around, buzzing nightlife, luxury resorts, and water activities like parasailing and kiteboarding.

Palawan:More untouched, dramatic limestone cliffs, and hidden lagoons, and better for island-hopping and adventure seekers.

    Boracay vs. Bali, Indonesia

Boracay:Better sand quality, smaller island, party-centric, and clear waters.

Bali:Larger, more diverse landscapes (beaches, rice terraces, volcanoes), stronger surf culture, and deeper cultural experiences.

    Boracay vs. Phuket, Thailand

Boracay:More compact, walkable, and has a laid-back island feel despite tourism.

Phuket:Bigger with more variety (beaches, temples, and city life), but some beaches can be overcrowded.

    Boracay vs. Maldives

    Boracay:More budget-friendly, vibrant, and accessible.

Maldives:Ultra-luxury, remote, more about overwater villas and private island resorts.

Boracay vs. Hawaii (Oahu & Maui)

Boracay:More tropical island-party vibe, better for budget travelers.

Hawaii: More diverse landscapes (volcanoes, waterfalls, surfing), larger in scale, and with a mix of city and nature.

Wow this tour was amazing X100..
Wow this tour was amazing X100... Vincent at Asia Odyssey Travel put together just a huge tour for me like a huge puzzle seeing the Islands in the Philippines. I did have to pay double because I was single but I thought "Oh this is going to be with a group so the base price was good, so double wasn't horrible" Then I went on the tour. Every place was like a separate tour where I joined daily some time two of three times daily different groups and saw tons of things I was going from dawn until dusk every day. I was alone many times too in like a private tour. OMGosh I mean I saw so much, I did everything. I was cared for and about every where I went like one of my family member had set me up for each day of the tour. I always had an inside contact, and a ride, and good place to stay. Some of my tour guides were the best I have ever had "Mrs. Eden in Puerta Princesa" I can say this as I have been to over 150 countries and on countless tours. I sometimes feel guiltily privileged on a tour by myself but not on this tour. On this tour I felt like I was getting the inside hook up most everywhere I went, not privileged treatment but rather insider treatment...Some times I had two tour guides the main one for example and local one both just for me...Amazing really, truly amazing...I would recommend Asia Odyssey tours to everyone!!! Special thanks to Vincent and Eden

Philippines Discovery Tour!

Asia Odyssey Travel has acquired Philippines Discovery Tours (which was the group that supported our trip)! The entire process was AMAZING!! We went on a 14 day (4 island) trip, so a lot of coordinating! Leo from Asia Odyssey helped me with the initial reservations. As the vacation approached, Leo created group chats on WhatsApp with each Island Tour Coordinator who was my point person for each island. They were AMAZING!!!!!! Communication was superb! Honestly, I can't wait to book another trip with this company! I was traveling with my young daughter so it was really important to have good coordination & communication so I could enjoy this trip! Truly an incredible experience!!!!

Hands down to Kayla our tour coordinator she did a great job coordinating our flights from island to island and to Manila. Our hotel was good along with great food. El Nido is my favorite, then Bohol then Boracay.
Thank you Kayla.
