Anantara Veli Resort Maldives: Adults Only, Natural Cluster of Three Islands 5-Star Resort

Located in the South Male Atoll, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort can be reached by a luxurious speedboat ride of 35 minutes from Male. The resort underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2013 and is part of the Anantara Hotels group. It strictly prohibits guests below 18 years of age.

Anantara Veli, along with its sister resorts, Dhigu and Naladhu, forms a triangular cluster of islands. All three islands offer stunning lagoon views, with Anantara Veli boasting the best snorkeling environment. Anantara Veli is connected to Naladhu by a picturesque jetty, with the exquisite Baan Huraa restaurant located in the middle. A shuttle boat operates every 10 minutes between Anantara Veli and Dhigu Island, allowing guests to easily explore multiple islands.

The resort primarily features water villas, providing excellent opportunities for snorkeling. It also offers a few semi-sand and water villas, as well as beach villas. Although there are only two restaurants and a bar on the main island, the natural layout of the three islands allows guests to enjoy dining options across all of them.

Astonishing & Flawless Experience

Everything about the experience was astonishing from the villa, staff, activities, and the island itself!

Super professional and pleasant attitude from all the staff member including the villa attending (Mr. Rifau, who made my trip exceptional with this help and availability at all time to answer and arrange my requests). The room service staff (Mr. Anas & Mr. Sami, were also of great understanding and they would come to clean at the time of my discretion twice a day)

The waiters, receptionists, chefs all really were amazing!

It is a must to go if you would like to enjoy the paradise of earth and have a break time with your partner!
